Krystal Correa, (she/her) is a Facilitator with Sound Discipline. Krystal’s work with youth and families spans over a decade, beginning as a paraprofessional educator at a non-traditional high school in Arizona. Since then she has held positions at residential housing programs, alternative high schools, summer camps, and the juvenile legal system. Krystal has a Master’s of Social Work and is also a licensed clinical therapist who currently works at a small group practice, with a focus on serving queer and trans people of color. In her work, Krystal strives to create brave and transformative spaces for adults to experience belonging and connection in service of creating more equitable and just learning communities for youth.
